1 pkg. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup cream style cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2-⅓ cups sifted all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in 1/2 cup warm water in large bowl. Heat cottage cheese until luke warm. Place in blender and blend. Stir into yeast mixture. Add sugar, onion, dill, salt, soda, egg, butter and 1-1/3 cups flour. Beat by hand for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in remaining flour and knead for 2 minutes. Use small dab of Crisco on hands to knead. Cover bowl with Saran wrap and let rise until doubled. Stir dough down. Spoon evenly into muffin pans. Let rise 10 minutes. Bake at 350 on second oven rack for 13 minutes. Great served as sandwich bread.
