1/2 - 2 pounds Salmon Filet
Big Bag of Fresh Spinach
2 Lemons
Dill
Salt/pepper
1/4 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse spinach and place in crock pot. (Heap the Spinach in as it will cook down A LOT)! Lay Salmon Filets on top and season with Dill, Salt and Pepper or any other seasonings you prefer. Add chicken broth. Slice lemons, removing the seeds and place on top of salmon. Cook on LOW for 2-21/2 hours. The salmon will be done in this time...the secret is not to over cook!! Very pretty and delicious~~~Enjoy!
