Ingredients:  
blend in double boiler: 3 T butter, 3 T four. Cool
Add 1 cup milk, cook til thick
Add 1 sq chocolate, melted
Beat well, 3 egg yolks, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/3 cup sugar, mix well
Pour chocolate mixture over egg mixture. Mix well and cool
Add 1 t vanilla, fold in 3 egg whites beaten stiff

Turn into baking dish and bake in 350º
serve at once with sunshine sauce.

Sunshine sauce: Beat 1 egg yolk, add slowly while beating 1/4 c sugar, beat 1 egg white stiff. Add 1/4 cup sugar, fold in egg yolk mixture. Add 1 t vanilla. Just before serving, fold in 2/3 c heavy cream whipped. Chill
Variation, flavor with rum or brandy.
