Óleo - 2 chávenas de chá
Farinha - 4 chávenas de chá
Sal, pimenta e noz moscada a gosto
Carne pré-cozida ou estufada desfiada

Batem-se os ingredientes todos (fica como massa de crepes mas mais espessa).
Unta-se um tabuleiro, coloca-se metade da massa, depois a carne desfiada (uma boa camada) e depois o resto da massa.
Vai ao forno até cozer e alourar.
