1 stick oleo
1 cup flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool whip
3 pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix oleo, butter and pecans and press into 9x13x2 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and cook whip. Spread on first layer. Mix 3 small packages instant chocolate pudding mix with 3 cups milk; spread onto second layer. Spread remaining cool whip on top and chill several hours before serving. Cut into small squares. Cover with lid or wrap.
