1 pkg chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
1 tsp salt
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
olive oil
1 pkg Mozzarella Cheese, slices
tomato sauce
spaghetti noodles
season sauce with: garlic, italian seasoning, basil, oregano to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare tomato sauce, simmer and set aside. Between waxed paper flatten chicken breasts till approximately 1/4” to 1/2” in thickness. Set aside. Mix together bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Beat eggs and dip chicken in eggs and the into the bread crumb mixture. Repeat twice. In a skillet with olive oil (medium heat), sauté breasts until browned on both sides. Arrange breast in a baking dish topping each breast with some sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese. Reduce to low heat and cook till cheese is melted. Serve with remaining sauce over spaghetti.
