Ingredients:  
3-4 pound pork roast
1 bag of sauerkraut
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1 c. diced apples
splash of apple juice
1/2 tsp caraway seeds.
1 pkg of your favorite dumplings or egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients minus dumplings or egg noodles in a medium sized crockpot and let cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over egg noodles or dumplings. You can also take some of the juice from bottom of the crockpot and add flour or cornstarch to thicken and make a gravy to top with.
