2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic
3 Medium Onion
2 Stalks Celery, Chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
Salt and Pepper
2 Cans Diced Tomato
1 Can Tomato Paste
2 Cups Minced Clams (with juice)
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Parsley
Whole Wheat Linguine
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan heat oil. Add garlic, onion and celery and cook until the onion is transparent. Add oregano, basil, salt and pepper, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Cover and simmer uncovered for 1/2 hour. Add clams cover and simmer another 15 or 20 min. Cook Linguine according to directions. Use lots of Parmesan to top!
