6 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
20 oz Bakers White Chocolate
4 eggs, beaten
15 egg yolks
1 - 24” loaf of french bread
(Dried in a 275 degree oven – broken into pieces)
SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) squ. white chocolate
3 oz. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream and white chocolate – remove from heat when chocolate is melted. Heat milk, sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until warm. Blend egg mixture into cream and chocolate mixture. Place bread pieces into a baking pan and pour ½ of mixture over bread. Let settle until all mixture is soaked up by bread. Top with the remaining mixture. Cover and bake in 275 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake additional 15 minutes until browned.

For Sauce: Melt chocolate and remove from heat. Mix in heavy cream and spoon over pudding.
