1 pound ground grass-fed beef or turkey
1/2 pound pork breakfast sausage
1 bunch of finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
1 can Herdex Ranchera sauce in a 7 ounce can
6 scrambled eggs
Non-stick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Cook beef or turkey and sausage until fully cooked. Add green onion, cilantro and Ranchera sauce. Mix thoroughly.

Pour meat mixture into prepared pie pan. Add scrambled eggs to the pie pan. Stir eggs slightly to evenly distribute meat.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Eggs will be one once the center is firm and not giggly.

I've made this a number of times and it has always been a hit.

The Herdez sauce in a can is Whole 30 friendly and packs alot of flavor. This may be a spicy substitute for BBQ sauces. I recommend experimenting with it in your favorite recipes.

Serve with sliced avocado and seasonal fresh fruit. Might I recommend mangos, if in season.
