1/2 cup butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 cup sugar
14 1/2 oz evaporated milk( or can closest to it in size)
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Melt butter in top of a double boiler.
Add chocolate and blend.
Add sugar, milk and salt.
Cook on low heat, stirring frequently for 20 minutes
Store in refrigerator
