24 eggs separated
2 cups sugar
1 fifth cup
1-quart brandy
8 pints whipping cream
1-quart whole milk
½ gallon vanilla ice cream (good brand)

Directions:

Blend egg yokes with 2 cups sugar until smooth
Gradually combine 1 fifth bourbon
Let ice cream melt after added
Beat 24 egg whites and stir in
Make 12-24 hours ahead
