Nonstick cooking spray
1 16.3 oz packages Grands Biscuits
6 eggs
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat 6 muffin cups with cooking spray. Press one biscuit into bottom and up the sides of each prepared muffin cup and set aside. Reserve other 2 biscuits for another use.
Crack 6 eggs (I added a little milk) and whip a little. Pour onto biscuits in muffin tins. Top with mushrooms and cheese
Bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are set and biscuit is lightly golden brown.

you can also crack egg directly into muffin tin biscuit which creates more of a fried egg consistency when done.
