1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can peach or apricot pie filling

Topping:
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, sour cream, and eggs together. In another bowl, sift flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture along with vanilla. Pour or spread half of dough in a greased 9x13" pan. Cover with layer of peaches or apricots. Add remaining dough. Mix topping ingredients together and crumble over top of the dough mixture. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
