3 c. cooked crookneck squash
3/4 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seeds (opt)
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs 3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain squash. Add butter or margarine, salt, pepper, celery seeds and evaporated milk. Mix. Add beaten eggs, onions, cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 375º for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs as garnish. Serves 8
