3 cups quick old-fashioned oats
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup slivered almonds
½ cup wheat germ
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup sunflower seeds

½ cup polyunsaturated vegetable oil
¼ cup molasses
½ cup honey
2 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Stir oil, molasses, honey and almond extract until well incorporated.

Pour over oat and nut mixture and bake, stirring occasionally.

Let cool completely before storing in tightly covered container, heavy plastic freezer container in refrigerator

Bake 350° for 30 min. About 20 servings
