2 cups Bisquick or Jiffy baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and stir until moist. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet to make 12 biscuits. Bake in preheated oven at 450º for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, brush the following over baked biscuits.

1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes or
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
