1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 ½ tsp. nutmeg
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tbs. soda
2 ½ cups applesauce
2 tbs. dark corn syrup
1 cup Raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, then add eggs. Set aside. Sift together the dry ingredients and set aside. Mix together wet and dry ingredients and mix together. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Bake 300° for 1 ½ hrs
