2 dozen shucked, raw oysters with liquid
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white (or black) pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 quart half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully pick over oysters to remove bits of shell. In deep skillet or kettle, heat butter until sizzling. Add oysters with liquid, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt, pepper and paprika. Heat just until edges of oysters curl SLIGHTLY. Heat quickly, but do no boil. Serve with a large lump of butter, paprika and oyster crackers.
