2 packages Sausage (Owens or Country Style)
2 loaves French bread broken in pieces
2 large onions
1 med. celery
1 can of can milk
3 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 or 4 cloves garlic
1 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: I sm. can water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Allow breadcrumbs to sit out for two days to dry out a little, set aside. Cook sausage, set aside.
Mix together onions, celery, garlic, poultry seasoning, and cook till opaque. Add sausage, breadcrumbs, onion and celery mixture. Stir water chestnuts if desired, salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 can milk Add butter to moisten.
Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes
