"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
These can be frozen and stored. Small containers like Tupper Ware can be filled and frozen. These are great for Christmas gifts. I have made these a gazillion times.

These were a favorite of my Dad's. I would make him a bunch for Christmas and he would freeze them; then he could enjoy them whenever.
I also took these cheese balls with me when traveling to Harrisburg from New Castle to attend the American Association of Medical Assistants, Pennsylvania Society. We would serve them in the hospitality suite.
