2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
8 0z. pkg. med. noodles, cooked and drained
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. cooked, cubed ham

Directions:
In a 1 qt. saucepan, melt butter; saute onion and green pepper. Remove from heat and add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. In a buttered 3 qt. casserole dish, layer 1/3 of the noodles, /3 of the cheese, 1/3 of the ham and 1/2 of the mushroom sauce. Repeat the layers, ending with the final 1/3 layer of noodles, cheese and ham. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 to 8 servings
