4 cups whole-wheat penne pasta, (12 oz.)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 package. (12 oz.) hot spicy sausage
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 cloves chopped garlic
1 large can diced tomatoes with green chilies
Parmesan cheese (as much as you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. In a skillet cook up the sausage then remove and keep warm. Add the olive oil and the garlic, cook 30 sec. Stir in tomatoes and salt and cook 2 min. Add peas and return sausage to skillet and heat through. Place cook pasta in large bowl. Add sausage mixture and toss along with Parmesan cheese.
