! cup lemon juice
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1//2 cup black pepper
1/2 cup garlic salt
1/2 cup chopped garlic
1/2 cup dried onions
tri-tip steaks ( I always get the package. at Costco)

Directions:

Mix all of he ingredients except for the beef in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a large zip lock bag add the tri-tip and let stand in refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Grill to desired doneness. Let rest 3-5 min. before slicing.

Tri-tip is an inexpensive cut of steak, but is very flavorful and tender This is great for a large crowd.
