1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
4 slices bread (2 c. crumbs)
2 eggs
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Directions:
Directions:
In Cuisinart, process bread to crumbs. Add eggs, process until well mixed. Add to meat in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Form balls and place on broiler pan. Broil until browned. Turn as necessary.
Add to spaghetti sauce and simmer.
