1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 box instant pie filling (banana or vanilla flavor)
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except nuts and beat for 4 minutes. Blend in pecans. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300 º for one hour or until done.

Quick and easy. When bananas get too ripe, just mash them and put them in a ziplock bag and freeze. Then you have bananas ready for banana nut bread or this cake.
