1 cup cocoa
4 cups powdered sugar
1 pound margarine or butter (melted)
1 pound Velveeta cheese
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Sift together cocoa and powdered sugar. Melt margarine. Melt Velveeta in microwave. Stir with a wooden spoon. Add 2 tsp vanilla and the chopped pecans. Stir together. Makes 2 9 x13 " dishes. Chill and cut into squares.

This makes a very large batch. People don't know it has Velveeta cheese in it until they ask for the recipe. Granny used to make this every Christmas. She loved to cook.
