6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup lemon juice
chopped parsley if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Place each piece of chicken between 2 sheets of waxed paper and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin, etc to flatten. Combine flour,salt,and pepper. Roll the chicken in flour mixture.Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove chicken and drain on paper towels. Keep warm. Add lemon juice to pan drippings and cook until thoroughly heated. Pour lemon mixture over chicken and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
