3 cup cooked brown rice
1 can 15oz. black beans rinsed
1 can no salt corn drained
1 large avocado
1 cup bottled thick salsa
1/2 cup. chopped cilantro
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 Tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
salt and pepper
