4 slices bacon, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup flour
1 (32 ounce) can tomatoes, undrained
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound wieners, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
dash cayenne pepper
small bay leaf

In large skillet, cook bacon. Remove bacon from pan; set aside. Saute onion in bacon drippings. Add flour to make a paste; add 1 cup tomatoes. Cook and stir until thickened.

Add remaining tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Simmer about 30 minutes.
