15 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
16 oz cream cheese
15 oz sour cream
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp corn starch
4 medium eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp flour
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ricotta cheese, cream cheese and sour cream for 10 minutes, then add sugar gradually. Add eggs whole and beat well. Then add lemon juice, corn starch, vanilla and flour all at once, continuing to blend the mixture. Then add the melted butter and blend all ingredients thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a spring form pan and bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Then turn oven off and let the cake gradually cool in the oven for at least one hour. Refrigerate before and after serving.
