1 yellow cake mix
1 cup oil
1 sm can mandarin oranges (juice and all)
4 eggs

TOPPING:

1 Large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg Instant vanilla pudding mix
1 - (8 oz.) container of Cool Whip, thawed
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well and pour into a greased and floured 13” x 9” pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

TOPPING: Stir together with spoon until thoroughly mixed. Spread on cake. Keep refrigerated.
