1 1/2 lbs summer squash, cooked and drained well
1 medium onion, grated
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 medium green pepper, chopped
1 to 2 carrots, grated
2 tsp parsley
1 stick of butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 shakes each, garlic salt and celery salt
Seasoning packet if using boxed stuffing
1 roll of sausage, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook parsley, soup, garlic and celery salt, carrots, butter, sour cream together in sauce pan until it simmers. Combine squash, onion, green onion, pepper and drain. Combine drained and cooked items, sausage and 3/4 of bread crumbs from the stuffing package into a 2 qt. casserole dish.

Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350ºF degrees until thoroughly heated.
