1/2 lb. beef stew meat
1/2 lb. pork stew meat
2 lg. onions, diced
2 lg. green & red peppers
1/2 stick butter
3 garlic cloves, sliced & crushed
1/2 cup red wine
1 1/2 cups water
Spices to taste: salt, pepper, celery salt, majoram, sweet paprika and nutmeg.

Sauté onion in butter and slice peppers. Set aside. Crush garlic and add to onions. Add little salt, paprika (1 Tbsp), Celery Salt (1 tsp), White Pepper (1 1/2 tsp), Majoram (1 1/2 tsp), and ˝1/2cup Red wine. Add meat and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add more water, paprika, salt and continue simmering. 15 minutes prior to serving add the peppers. Cook the pasta and drain. Add the pasta to heat and toss with melted butter and 1 tsp. nutmeg. Stir and serve goulash over pasta.
