1/2 t salt
3 T SUGAR
1 C CRISCO STORTENING
1 STICK MARGARINE
1 EGG BEATEN
1 T APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1/3 C ICE WATER

ADD TO THE FLOUR MIXTURE-WORK QUICKLY/KNEAD ONY UNTIL IT IS MIXED. SEPERATE IN THREE BALLS. ON THREE SQUARES OF FLOUR, WAX PAPER, ROLL OUT FROM THE MIDDLE. RAISE BY THE CORNERS OF THE PAPER, AND FLIP ONTO A PIE PAN. CUT WITH SCISSORS, 1/2 TO 1 IN FROM THE EDGE OF THE PAN. LIFT OVERHANG AND FOLD BACK UNDER, FLUSH WITH THE EDGE. uSING YOUR LITTLE FINGER, PRESS IN SCALLOPS. PAINT EGG YOKES ON THE EDGES, BEFORE BAKING. BAKE AT 450 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES TO 12 MINUTES. CHECK
