1 quart fresh strawberries
1 cup cold water
3 tbs. cornstarch
1/2 cup unsweetened red grape juice
1 tbs. lemon juice
16 packets low calorie sweetner, optional
Baked ready to fill single 9-inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and hull berries and leave whole. Combine cornstarch and cold water in a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture begins to thicken and clear. Remove from heat and stir in grape juice, lemon juice, and low-calorie sweetner, if using. Cool slightly, then stir this glaze mixture with whole betties. Spoon mixture into ready-to-fill pie shell and chill in refrigerator.
