Grilled corn, cut off the cob
Can of black beans, rinsed and drained
Ranch dressing, to taste
BBQ sauce, to taste

Mix all ingredients to your taste.

This is a recipe I made up when I had leftover grilled chicken and grilled corn on the cob. We thought it was yummy cold salad for lunch. You can also use canned or frozen corn.
