1 c chicken broth
1/2 c milk
1-2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c carrot, diced
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup baking mix
1/3 c milk
paprika, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in large sauce pan. Add broth, carrots, peas, chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes. Whisk in the can on condensed soup and 1/2 cup milk. Return to a simmer.
Mix baking mix and 1/3 cup milk in a small bowl until a soft, sticky dough forms. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the top of the simmering soup. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered about 8 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.

I don't really measure anything when I make this recipe except the Bisquick and milk. It's so creamy and comforting. The paprika is just for color and looks pretty.
