2.5 Dozen Eggs
Brine:
1 cup water
3 cups vinegar
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring eggs to a boil. Put some vinegar into the water, so black rings don’t form around yolks
When done shut eggs off with cover, let them sit for 20 minutes. Drain, and let them sit in cold water, then peel.
Brine:
Bring brine to a good boil. Once boiling turn down and simmer for 15 mins
Add peeled eggs and simmer in brine for the15 mins
Add onions to jars. Put eggs in then pour in the brine.
Let sit for 3-4 days. Longer the better.
