1 lb hot Italian Sausage
1 lb penne or corkscrew pasta
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 cloves minced garlic
1 28oz can tomatoes chopped
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
pepper
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink in the center. Drain well; cut into thin round slices. Meanwhile cook pasta until tender but firm, drain. Cook union until tender and ad garlic, tomatoes, basil and oregano. Simmer for 10 min uncovered. Add sausage, and pour over pasta; toss to mix. Sprinkle with parsley, pepper and parmesan.
