2 cups diced potatoes
½ cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup margarine
¼ cup flour
1 can cream style corn
½ cup chopped carrots
¼ cup chopped onions
2 cups boiling water
2 cups milk
1 cup cheddar cheese (or more to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, salt, add water and bring to a boil, simmer 10 minutes. Do not drain. Make cream sauce with margarine, flour and milk. Add cheese to cream sauce, stir until smooth. Add corn, then add to mixture #1. Do not boil.
