1 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup luke warm water
3 cups flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

2 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup white sugar
(mix the 2 together)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in water for 15 min. Mix flour, sugar, salt and butter like you would for pie crust. Then add the milk and beaten eggs. Knead dough until soft and place in bowl; refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 6 parts. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture on counter and roll dough as you would for pie crust; sprinkle sugar mixture again on top. (Roll dough into sugar mixture) Cut into wedges and roll each wedge. Pinch the point underneath. Bake at 350º for 15 min.
