3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups grated zucchini (with peeling)
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups nuts
1 tbs. of vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, oil and zucchini together. Add 3 cups of flour, 1 1/2 tsp. soda, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 cups nuts, 1 tbs. vanilla and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in a 350º oven. Add more cinnamon for spicier taste!
