1 grated carrot
1 grated onion (not minced)

1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix carrot, cheese, onion, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup together. Cook broccoli until hot and drain it. Do not cook it until done because it will cook more in the casserole. Gently mix broccoli with the carrot-cheese-sour cream mixture and place in greased casserole, preferably one that is not more than 2" deep. In a separate bowl, mix dressing crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of broccoli. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
