1 cup butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup dark molasses
4 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tablespoon ginger
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
2. Add molasses to butter mixture.
3. Sift together dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Mix well. Roll 1/8" and cut into rounds.
4. Bake at 350º for 6-8 minutes.
