1 lb. Butter
2 C. Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour and Butter. Gradually add Buttermilk. Chill. Roll out and cut into 3 or 4 inch squares. Put jam or jelly in centers. Dampen aorners with egg white and fold corners all to center. Bake in preheated oven 300-350º until golden brown . When cool dust with powdered sugar
