4 large red potatoes
1/4 c margarine
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1 tsp fresh minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425ºF. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; cut each half into 4 wedges. In saucepan place potato wedges; add enough water to cover and bring to full boil. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender; and drain. In baking pan melt margarine in oven. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add wedges; coat both sides with mixture. Bake for 10 min and turn potatoes. Bake remaining 10 min until browned.
