4 c potatoes cooked and diced
5 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c diced cucumbers
2 green onions

Dressing
1 c mayo
1/2 c sweet pickle juice and/or whipping cream
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing together using the pickle juice/cream mixture to thin the mayo. Pour dressing over the salad. Trick to a great potato salad is to not be cheap on the dressing!
