8 oz cream cheese
1 c sour cream
14 oz refried beans
1 tbsp onion flakes
1 tbsp chives
1 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp chile powder

1 1/2 c grated medium or sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c grated monterey jack cheese
2 tbsp chile powder

Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients well in bowl and dump into a 3 quart casserole dish. Top with cheese and chile powder. Bake for 20 min at 350º.
