Ingredients:
Ingredients:
11/2 cups skim milk powder, 11/2 cups sugar, 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa (Fry's), 3/4 cup dry non dairy creamer (Coffee Mate), crushed candy cane (peppermint works best).

Directions:
Directions:
Crush candy cane in a blender. Add all ingredients together in a plastic bag and mix well. Use 2 to 3 tbsp in a cup of hot water. Stir well. Enjoy.

Personal Notes:
This makes a great little Christmas gift. Add some of the mixture to a small plastic bag and place in a gift mug such as a Christmas mug if you like. Also make a chocolate covered spoon by melting some chocolate chips with a little butter or oil in microwave. Get a plastic spoon and dip the spoon (not the handle) in the chocolate until coated....let harden and wrap it in saran wrap. Add to cup as well. You can also wrap a few miniature marshmallows for the cup, too.
